Its not like other gyms, you go to work out, lift weights, its no joke like most gyms are, everyone pretty much has a great body, good looking people, the people inspire you to actually pick up another weight, andd HOTTT STAFF MEMEBERS... :)

Before checking out Golds Gym in Pasadena, I read reviews on this page. However, when I called, I got a little run around and they never told me the price and membership options. They wanted me to come in. So I did. I found the gym to be a bit disappointing and over-rated. Some staff members were a bit sleazy and pushy. They made every attempt to pressure to sign up. If you want a more elegant gym, then look else where.

This gym rocks! If you want a heavy metal workout, this is the place to go. No frills, just lots of sweat. This place is priced better than 24 Hour fitness and other nearby gyms.

This gym, although hard to find at first, has a great setup. It's not overwhelingly large and they've got a nice outdoor weights area. However, when I was there last, the outdoor area was filled with loads of beefy, slightly intimidating men which scared me away that day.

The cardio stations offer a choice of watching TV or looking at the entire gym while you're working out. While I enjoy the facility, I have found the selection of classes very limited as far as time slots go. Friendly staff, very helpful but if you're looking for a flexible class schedule, go to the Venice Gold's.

CONS: not enough class times

ive been here a couple of times and like the equipment they have, like the area in which it is located. been satisfied every time i have been there. will return.
