Gold Gym rips off its customers by Meryl A. at InsiderPages
I was a paid in full member that moved to another part of town. I mistakenly believed that once I moved and the membership lapses, the membership would cancel out. Imagine my suprise when they billed my account (I had paid in full two years ago) and told me I had to pay for this month, next month, late fees. I am totally disgusted, there is no customer service at Gold's Gym or at ABC financial. I am telling every one of my friend to join the Y.
