I had a horrible experience here in the very short time we had our children at this facility. They moved my two children up to a classroom that I had indicated I did not feel they were ready for because they had to be potty trained and they were not yet. They moved them up because they wanted to make room for two younger children in their original classroom. Then, because the teacher in the new classroom did not want to deal with the potty training issues, she sent home a bag of feces (seriously). When I called the owner about this, he told me that was their policy. They weren't equipped to clean up underwear at all because it would not be sanitary. Apparently, he thinks it is sanitary to have bagged feces in the cubbies in the classrooms. They sent my daughter home with no pull-up or underwear on under her clothes when she had both in her cubby. They change the children on the floor in the bathroom, with no mat or anything under them. When they start potty training, they don't help the children wipe properly and they end up with rashes. When I first went to look at the school in December of 2008, the owners told me that because it was so late in the year and because one of my children would not be starting until January 2009 and the other would only attend 4 days in 2008 because of the holidays, that our yearly administration fee would be applied to 2009. Then in 2009, they demanded the administration fee for both children again. When I reminded them of their prior statements, they denied ever making those promises.
