She was unwilling to let us return an article purchased and worn only once, and in perfect condition, for one of a different size ... no cash refund was asked for, just a straight exchange. She did NOT have a "No Return / All Purchases Final" policy posted at the time either. Plus she was rude about it. For a "punk chick" she's quite the dedicated little Capitalist. $

Don't waste your time here -- you'd be better off trying the punk shops down in Philly. At least you have a shot at a fair deal with them.
