I bought a trip for a group from them. It was very well handled. Impressive follow-up and very good operations. The group came back very satisfied. I would really recommend this operator.

Completely unprofessional and unorganized. Kept giving conflicting information without any clear answers. Very hard to get a hold of anyone and I was always the one who had to be contacting them. Overall I would not recommend them to anyone, there are too many other options out there to settle for someplace so disappointing.
