There was a line when I got there. When it was my turn I did not feel rushed. My pets groomer came out a spoke with me because I had some special instruction. I am particular about how they should look. They told me they should be done in about 4 hours.

Pros: She was done when the told me in about 4 hours

Cons: I waited in a line of 4 customers at 9 am
