Liz provides a relaxing atmosphere and is very focused on making the massage experience an enjoyable one. She asks about areas that may be tender or where you may be experiencing pain before she starts to work. Every visit has been great and I have left feeling completely rested. Don't go back to work after one of these massages though, because the stress will ruin your relazing buzz. (Although you will be a lot more forgiving of that annoying co-worker and smile alot!) Liz is also very affordable and the service you get is on par with or better than that of any higher priced, fancy Peninsula spa.
