I am a HUGE fan of Gloria Jean's coffee. However, there was an incident where I did not get what I ordered, and the coffee did not taste as good as it usually does. However, I decided they had an off day, and purchased another flavored coffee. Despite what my receipt said my purchase was, when I got my bank statement, it showed they overcharged me. I e-mailed the company and explained my situation. They refunded the extra charge, and offered my husband and myself a free iced coffee of our choice. We did not take them up on their offer, as we shortly moved across the country, but I was impressed that they would offer to go above and beyond for us.
