Great Food & Good Sangria
We had a very nice meal at Georgio's. The menu was well priced and we loved the Sangria. The steak was delicious. The restaurant was very cute on the inside. Highly recommend.

Manager Needs to Learn Good Customer Service
Georgio's Country Grill used to be a safe spot for a traditional American brunch because of its variety of omelets and shakes and low key atmosphere. Now, the decor is showing wear and tear and so is the service not to mention the food. The manager now paces the floor and hovers over tightly packed tables to rush paying customers from the tables the moment they finish their entrees. He doesn't even give people time to order an after meal coffee or tea. When I explained that I had noticed his behavior on several occasions and that it made people feel unwelcome, his response was that he had $16k/month rent to pay and that he had been nice to me over the years. He then added that he couldn't help it if I felt that way. Pardon me, but I didn't realize that it was a burden to be nice to paying customers who are also nice to you. The manager was too ignorant to realize that positive word of mouth and recommendations from loyal customers translates into more customers. On top of this, I found a hair in my omelet during my last visit. I will never return to Georgio's Country Grill and will tell all of my friends to do the same.

Delicious and Plentiful by Kristen Y. at InsiderPages
I work in the neighborhood, and when I feel drained and need a good sustaining meal, I either go to or order from Georgio's. It's one of my company's favorite places. They have great burgers, sandwiches and salads. Their wraps are stuffed. Their fries are never greasy. They also have extremely delicious and well prepared pasta dishes made with a variety of meats and seafood. Their fried chicken is delicious and crispy. And the omlettes are also chock full of ingredients. Georgio;s is hearty eating!

Used to Be Good - But No More
This used to be a great local place to grab a good meal, but as the last reviewer said, they've made the experience so completely unpleasant, I've stopped going. They've crowded more tables than can reasonably fit in the space they have, so you end up sitting on top of the people next you - unable to back up your chair, unable to get out, unable to enjoy your meal. And if you sit at one of the tables along the wall, forget about getting proper service. Even the waiters can't get to your table. We spoke to the manager about this, who acted as if he cared, but nothing changed. Hate. Hate. Hate. Hate this place now.

Goodbye Georgio's! You Lost Two Faithful Local Customers!
After eating at Georgio's for years, we have finally had it with Georgio's which insists on cramming tables so close together you that you feel like caged animals. It is a barbaric experience. At times you will find yourself unable to actually exit from your table to leave the restaurant. Doesn't this violate fire codes?
Last night, there was a new $15 minimum imposed for credit cards. Ridiculous. GOODBYE!
Try Renaissance Diner at 52nd and Ninth Avenue.
