lived in a Gloor home that was built in the 1950s. I completely remodeled the home and took it down to its bones. I can honestly tell you, "they don't build 'em like this anymore." I haven't seen any of his new homes personally. But if the family continues to build homes with the same level of care and quality that went into my previous Gloor home, then you can have faith in the construction.
