No good. These guys are liars and scammers. They will give you a quote you want to hear to get you to sign paperwork that binds you to them. Then come back with a price twice that amount and claim they never gave you the other quote- so they will sue you if you don't continue with them because you signed their contract. Bad news. You've been warned.

Don't be fooled by their aggressive approach to showing you their paperwork. If you look carefully it's not even in their name- it's in another contractors name. Smoke and Mirrors.
