The office staff are terrobile. Thank God I had a great Dr. Her name is Dr. Gray and if it wasn't for her i would not be going there. First I got transfer to there location on Johnson street which the lady's in the office were great. and that's when i started to see DR. Gray, After months of going there, she had stated to me that she was going to be only on the pembroke pines location. So i follow her. But the office torrible the girls are so rude and nasty. They don't have no type of customer service. Thank god i am due every soon and after that i will not be going there.

I went to my appt with Dr Alicia Acon, I had made the appt in advance and I had called 3 times to confirm my appt with her. The day of my appt and after waiting for more than one hour I approached one of the assistants who told me that Dr Acon was not in the office. When I asked why i had not been previously informed i got a rude answer : you should have been ready to be seen by any other Doctor. The staff is very unprofessional, they do not care and the place is full of dust (they say due to renovations..) please do not go to this HORRIBLE PLACE, you deserve better...

What a horrible Dr. I blame him for my m/c . I came into the office 2 times for spotting , told them I was Rh O- and they didn’t give me the Rho-g shot. Every time I came into the office I was seen by a different “Dr”. I had a Uti and they didn’t prescribe me anything. I had a m/c at 14 weeks , one of his Drs came in jeans and t-shirt to sign me out. When I went in for my follow up after my m/c the Dr told me it was time to check the baby for any illness , I looked at him and said I had a m/c 4 weeks ago .I will never ever go back to that office. When I asked for my medical records they gave me the run around. They were disgusting, rude and incompetent. Dr Klien and his staff is horrible !!!!

So, my beautiful wonderful personal doctor's office refferred me to Global Ob/Gyn Center. I assumed since the Dr.'s office I go to is so 1st rate, they would refer me to a first rate pregnancy facility. THIS IS NOT THE CASE.

RUN DOWN -

The waiting room is dark - a bad picture of 1980s. The seating is like sitting in a small choir room where you sit literally on stair like chairs. When you are pregnant the last thing you want to be is uncomfortable. There a a million women there at one time which shows you their scheduling is off the hook! It doesn't smell like a sterile office, its just NASTY.

The young ladies who work there are young, very unprofessional. Its just nasty. I mean who wants to prepare for labor in a nasty facility. I was afraid things weren't even sterile.

I met with Dr. Klien who is EXTREMELY NICE, but it is unfortunate that he works in such a NASTY place. When I was in the room is was dirty with film of dirt sitting on the drawers and stuff and it was just gross. He pulled gloves from a dirty drawer and then checked me which made me even more uncomfortable.

They should hire a cleaning crew and try to schedule less ladies at a time. Women want to be comfortable, OB appointments should be another way to pamper yourself so women arn't turned off from it.

I went once, and I'm glad to be NEVER GOING BACK EVER. I will search high and low for a new office for my pregnancy.

NASTY NASTY NASTY NASTY NASTY - DON'T BE SILLY AND GO THERE TO SEE FOR YOURSELF. IT'S NASTY.

I recently had an appointment and had to wait over 3 hours to be seen and then an additional hour, in a cold room fully undressed waiting for the doctor. The doctor I initially was scheduled for was not even the one who saw me! I was outraged! I was told to come in for my pap results because it was abnormal and still had to wait several hours so I just left the office. I found another doctor nearby, Dr.Espinal (recommended by a friend) and she went over my results. She was pleasant, the office was clean, the staff was very, very nice, and I did not have to wait long at all. Overall, I give this doctor and the office staff a 5star.
