I always get a great hair cut and color at Glenn Michael's Salon. In addition everyone there is very relaxed and knowledgeable. Before going to GM's I would cut my own hair out of frustration. I haven't had to since going to GM's. The prices are very reasonable. You will be very pleased with a GM's Salon. I recommend it highly.

I bought a pre-paid service as a surprise gift for someone. Afterwards, I was told they would never go there - ever! I canceled the appointment days ahead of time and tried to get a refund. Nope, the owner called me and told me that he does not do refunds although he would give me store credit. I know to some people $100 isn't much - but for a college student, well it is. Needless to say I went to his salon to look at his "refund policy" only to find it soly on the counter. Well that's why I didn't see it the first time I came in - it was hidden by the papers the receptionist handed to me to fill out. I left crying so much that my boss told me to take the day off. So be sure you want the service / stuff before you pay anything.

I don't usually write reviews, but after reading some of this negative press, I felt compelled to write. I have been going to this salon since 2005 and have always been very pleased with my cut. I did have it colored once here and they did a great job. I always get compliments about how great my hair looks and I refer people to this salon all the time. Keep up the good work!

I just recently hair cut by glenn.Well,I have to say it was fablouse.The staff was so nice to me.The whole time they offered me drinks and food if I was hungry while I waited.I loved my hair cut.Yes it was a little expensive ,but a nice cut and color is going to cost you anywhere you go.The guy does have to make a living you know.overall I was extremely pleased.I happen to think glenn is very nice and he gave me some excelent hair tips.It was worth every penny.

I too have visited this salon and got my hair cut and colored. It was truly a horrid experience. Glen did my haircut and his assistant did my color. The cut and color were ok- not worth the price and the way I was treated. The staff was incredibly unfriendly- the guy who colored my hair was truly nasty and the receptionist was a mean vile woman- surprisingly it was Glens wife who was the receptionist. I have heard many things about her from others about how unfriendly she is and how the are always looking for new receptionists because nobody wants to work with her. I heard all this after my visit and talking to others about my experience.

Glen- blaming the bad reviews on former employees is in very bad taste. I have been to your salon and can vouch that it is not the great salon that you seem to think it is. Accept responsibly that you are not as great as you seem to think you are. There are many of unhappy people who have been to your salon- why people keep going back is beyond my comprehension.
