Incompetent and ill-tempered‎
Went in to get a shorter stem for my MTB and was told by Doug I had a 1" steerer tube, and he had none in that size. Went to EBay and got one, which didn't fit because my steerer tube is 1-1/8". Went back to Doug to make sure, and he said, "Yep, it's 1-1/8." As I was walking out, I had this exchange: "Not even a sorry?" Doug: "For what?" "For telling me it was the wrong size and me having spent $25 on the wrong part." Doug: "So return it -- how hard is that?" And as I walked out the door, I hear him mutter "jerk." I live close by and have tried to give GC as much business as I can, but no more. Maybe the "jerk" comment was the result of a bad day, but not being able to tell the difference between tube diameters is gross incompetence.‎

Wonderful‎
A great place. Doug, the owner, is smart and honest, as well as a good guy, and helpful. When I asked if the hubs on my bike, which has been sitting in the garage for 20 years, should be repacked, he said no, as long as it was stored where it was dry, and they looked fine. He could have told me they should be repacked. His prices are fair, too. Other people I've talked to have had similar experiences. Recommended!‎

Awesome Place‎
It's not the biggest Bike Shop I have been to, but it has almost everything you need. I went there today to buy Chain lubricant and the service was really good. I thought he was just going to sell me the Oil but Doug even showed me how to apply it to my chain. I'm going to return to this shop if I ever need anything again.‎

A great resource!‎
The customer service here is excellent. Very patient and knowledgable. He replaced my broken spoke in half the time a larger chain store would have at a fair price. Support you local bike shop!‎
