DO NOT USE by Alex A. at InsiderPages

I got my front windshield replaced. Three months later there was a crack. When I called about their one year warranty, they said they would not honor it without the original receipt. I have the credit card transaction number and the exact date. When I asked her to look it up, she said, It's not that I can't, I just won't. I have proof of purchase and they will not honor the warranty. This is ridiculous and rude. Do not use these people.

Best I've found downtown

I have had many window issues over my years in Sacramento. Glass Pro / Masters has always matched any quote I received, and always has done good work. I've never had a problem with them, after over a dozen various repairs / replacements.

Don?t give them your business! Glass Pro quoted us a decent price to repair a broken side window of a recent model car and then matched the lowest price we were quoted. Jessica was very nice on the phone. Good start, but all downhill from there. 30 minute quote became 2 hours. Then mysteriously a DIFFERENT window than the one they worked on would not go up or down. The manager offered to ?fix? this for a charge. Only when my girlfriend called me to come in and talk to the manager were we taken seriously. Then it was conveniently OK. At the end of the day, the experience of having someone break into our car and steal a laptop was only half as frustrating as the robbery attempted by Glass Pro! (This review was written about the Oakland location, but the manager we worked with claimed that he was the manager of all Nor Cal locations including this one.)
