I called Glass Doctor to do a frameless shower in my master bath and I am so glad I did. I found them on the internet and when Mary answered the phone I knew I had found the right place. She answered all of my questions and had a technician at my home the same day. Andy came to my house, reviewed all of the options, and made some great design recomendations. They installed the new shower in less than four days and just before my relatives came in town for the holidays. They were clean, quick and affordable.

This place is the worst. I set up a Saturday appointment and no one showed up and no one called to let me know. When I tried to call them, their offices were closed. Then, I called back to reschedule (mistake) and the receptionist, Andrea, was rude and didn't seem to care I'd waited for four hours and no one showed. She set another Saturday appointment for me and the guy showed up an hour and a half after the four hour window ended. He didn't want to write anything down for me (price wise) and refused to trace my table to create a pattern for the glass. He said he'd just measure it, but it's an odd shape so that wouldn't work. When I told him I wasn't interested if he wasn't making a pattern of the weird edges of my table, he tried to charge me a $35 service fee. Ridiculous - no one had ever told me when I made the appointment that it would be $35 if I didn't buy anything. I refused to pay it and he left. DON'T USE THEM.
