We had planned to have a glass block wall installed in our home. Judy explained this was possible and they were willing to do the job. We sent photos of our home and never heard back. We left tons of phone calls and never heard back. I finally got in touch with her and she told us she never received an email and would send us an email promptly. We never received an email so we resent ours. I called her back and she hung up on me (this is two months going on and wasting our time and energy). I called her back (giving her the benefit of the doubt) and she explained she didn't want to work with us because the job was too small. Could she not have told us this in the beginning (before she said she could do the job). She was rude and I would never attempt to do business with them again. I would stay far away from these people as they clearly don't care about their customers. I told her kindness goes a long way...it's too bad she didn't know this.
