This is as good as it gets on Hilton Head for pizza. Full italian food menu too.

Pros: Quality, quantity and price. can't beat it.

Cons: This place gets insanely busy in the summer, so call ahead or plan to wait.

Price Range: $10 - $25

Giuseppi's is the best place to get pizza after a long day of hanging out on the beach when you are staying on the island! Every time my family and I are on vacation we always make a night dedicated to getting Giuseppi's Pizza. The food is wonderful and the staff is super friendly and nice and make it an extremely enjoyable night out. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for some delicious pizza in Hilton Head!
