Didn't make it past the phone call
I gave them a call to see if they accepted new patients - the response was "Yes we do, but what is your insurance?" I said, "I don't have insurance yet." Her response, which was dripping with attitude laden ebonics was, "You don't got no insurance?!" Topped off with a 'tsk' for good measure. She then said, "well hold on..." placed me on hold, and I hung up.

If you are looking to count me as a patient, better count again. I will tell every person I meet to avoid this "professional" at all costs. I didn't make it a minute into the conversation before being treated unprofessionally and in a condescending manner.
I don't know how the doctor is, but you couldn't make me find out if I had to sit in a waiting room with the phone operator.
