Total disappointment

I've ordered from Giovanni's several times and you never really know what you're getting. they have gotten my order wrong on several occasions and are very rude and unapologetic about it blaming the customer for ordering wrong when I know for a fact I didn't. The food takes about an hour to arrive and they will not deliver to your door so you have to go and find them on the street. Needless to say the pizza is barely warm by the time it's on your table. There is no excuse for poor customer service and I would advise you to save your money!

Personally, I think this Giovanni's restaurant is overrated and overpriced for both it's pizza and Italian dishes. I had a killer craving for fettucini alfredo and was sadly disappointed by the effort from this place. I guess that dish is only good from a quality restaurant. If you want some pizza, I'd only stop by if there wasn't anyplace else available.
