I will never take my watch anywhere else.

I tried looking up on-line where to get my rolex fixed. I ran across several local reviews for Gilian's. I took my watch to them and 450 bucks seemed like a good deal to me, so I left it with them to get it working again. I went back a week later and I couldn't believe it was the same watch. I found myself talking with these guys for about an hour, they are friendly and funny. Thanks for your service, and I will be back.

The owner of this watch sales and repair facility showed complete knowledge of my 50 plus year old Rolex datejust. I entered the store and showed him my watch and described the symtoms of why the watch was not operational. Mr. Gilian dove into my watch, told me why it was not working and corrected it for me. His knowledge of the time piece was greatly appreciated. I drove from Carson City Nv solely based on prior reviews to see if he could correct the situation. Well he did. I asked how much his services were for fixing my watch and to my suprise he stated nothing. If I ever need anything time piece wise, I will gladly drive the 145 miles and purchase from this establishment. Mr. Gilian defines customer service and sets an example unparralled in his field. My Rolex watch just stopped working one day. I have a few other watches so I just put it in a drawer and forgot about it. My wife wanted to get me a new Rolex for my 50th birthday . We both went to look at new Rolexs and were shocked to find out how much one would cost. We talked to the salesperson about getting mine repaired and we were directed to a local repair shop, Gilian's Watch & Jewelry Service. I called first and they seemed like they were knowledgeable about my watch and gave me a ballpark figure for repair over the phone. When I took my watch in for them to look at it, I was given the exact same price to repair and they would make it look look like new for no additional cost. About a week later when I went to pick it up I was shocked again, my watch was as clean and beautiful as a brand new one. The only bad thing about it is, my wife has still not bought me anything for my birthday. This place is excellent.

I needed to get a stone replaced and my ring sized..I should have trusted my gut and taken it in for a second opinion, but hoped for the best. It was inexpensive, but the work was horrible. My stones weren't aligned right , the band's shape was odd (small...then big) and my engravement was blemished. On top of that, I asked for a size 5 1/2 and it won't fit the correct finger. I now have to wear the ring on my right hand signifying that I'm engaged (Im NOT). HORRIBLE craftsmenship and I'm sorry I wasted my time here.
