I have purchased several accesories from this company for my personal and business needs and always found my needs to be met. I called them on several occasions with technical questions that the staff has taken the time to answer even though I am not making a purchase. They have offered on more than one occasion to look at my computer problem at no charge and I would recommend using them for purchases or technical issues and questions.
