In past several years, I have tried twice to register with this firm, to no avail. I'm not some 20-yr. old recent college graduate trying to crack the market. Rather, I'm a senior level assistant whos' worked at some of the most prestigious and established firms. So, I sign up on their site and contact them with my resume. I don't even get any acknowledgement. You take a look at Kim's site and it screams elitism and snobbery. Stay away from any site that uses highly glamorized pics of an owner. What is that supposed to prove? If her agency is so good why haven't many people heard of them and why aren't they publicized anywhere? You're better off going to another recruiter that will treat you with respect and common courtesy. They will not help you find a job or even acknowledge you. This is a zero star recruitment firm.
