Fixes problems the first time around!
Pull in and you see a bunch of brand new Mercedes and older classic models. Seems those with classics like his work and those with brand new Mercedes do not trust the dealer!. (I don't either!)
I have a 11 year old Mercedes. I can not tell you the number of times I have taken it to Mercedes dealers (Ohio, Florida, California) and had to bring it back 2-3 times to get a problem fixed. That does not happen here.
I had an sudden clicking from the engine one day, I spun into the shop unexpectedly, got taken in and had my car fixed in two days. Seems a bearing in a pulley on the serpentine belt was going bad. Had I kept driving I could have ended up with thousands of dollars of damage. All I needed was a new $250 pulley.
Bring your car here and it gets fixed the first time around. You do not have the issue of first having to replace parts one at a time until finally the problem is fixed.
If you get told you need something done, do it. If you get told a problem can wait until your next oil change, believe it.
If you need a ride home, that can be arranged too. You may have to ride in a G-wagon to do it!
The only negative is parking is tight and he could use a bigger shop.
