We used Geremia to design/build our pool this past summer. We used them because of good experiences in the past, and because of their reputation. We now have a broken sidewalk, a pool with a poor (very inconsistent coloring/shading) plaster finish, and a pool we can't use. People come by and see our pool and ask What's wrong with it?.
We are hoping Geremia will accept responsibility and come fix our pool. But so far, all we have gotten from them are excuses and blame (saying we didn't brush our pool enough, we didn't maintain the ph balance well enough, etc.)
Very disappointing.

We spent a fortune with this company but the pool they built for us was AMAZING. When we lived in our other house roughly 10 years ago we contracted out this company to build us a nice sized pool after several summers of Sacramento's hot weather. You MUST have a pool to deal with Sacramento's weather! When we sold our house we received several complements about how much people loved the pool design! We did pay a pretty penny--probably more than most places but again, we loved the job they did!

This is one of the top pool companies in California. Their prices are more expensive but this company has been in business for over 80 years! We had a pool build by them and it looks great! People comment on how nice the pool is. Depending who your pool designer is, their call back might take some time.
