Go somewhere else for the money

Well I went yesterday which was a 4/18 Sunday. The person who gave me the facial was kind of "pretentious" but the Massage Therapist "Kendra" was not I HIGHLY recommend her. The street noise is not relaxing at all... and I was there on a Sunday so I can just imagine what you would hear during the week. Also during my facial the people that worked there were talking and running??? in the hallway??? not relaxing. BOY do they try and upsell there products almost to the point that you can't relax because during the entire facial she was speaking about the products... I am there to relax! for heaven's sake. Also during my massage the head rest kept moving which made it hard for my therapist to apply any heavy pressure on my neck?!?!?!?!?
