They couldn't even give me the right bulbs for my headlights. How f***ing hard is it to give someone the right bulb for a Honda f***ing Accord. Now I'm stuck without headlights until I can get back down there. Thanks for nothing.‎

I've heard the staff lie to me about the policies and stuff on many occasions, one employee saying they do one thing, another employee saying something completely different. The staff there is hit and miss. From a grouchy old lady, to a nice old lady, a knowledgeable older man, to a young blond girl who's clueless and always needs a bailout. This place is extremely hit & miss. I've had them order wrong parts, 2 times in a row. They are, however, better than the schuck's close by, so if in a pinch they will do the trick.. but not dependably..‎

I GO HERE FOR BRAKES, LIGHTS, HOSES YOU NAME IT. GREAT PLACE FOR YOUR AUTO PART NEEDS. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EVEN BETTER AT A GREAT PRICE. YOU SHOULD REALLY THINK ABOUT STOPING IN! THE STAFF EVEN HELPED MY WIFE INSTALL A LIGHT WHEN I WAS OUT OF TOWN. I HAVE NOTHING BUT GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THIS PLACE.

For some reason, the guys at this particular NAPA are not very nice. They act like answering a question is going out of their way and if you don't know in the first place you must be an idiot. My husband and I had the same experience but went on separate occasions months apart. We are going to go somewhere else from now on.

PROS: cheaper than the mechanic
