Cleanings are good, but too busy...
I have been a patient at gentle dental for many years now. I always opted for the cheaper insurance plan and gentle dental is the only covered office that is close by. For general cleanings the office is good - no complaints there. However, if any dental work is needed be careful. My husband needs to have 4 teeth removed and they wanted to charge him for services that are covered by the insurance. When I called to inquire and asked for a new price, my call was never returned. Also, they immediatley gave him some paper work to apply for a loan to cover the cost. Naturally my husband was highly offended. The front deak people are rude and uninformed. I was chanrged a co-pay when I did not even need to pay it and now they refuse to refund me the money. Sure it is only $5, but it is my money. I am so aggravated that I have changed insurance and plan to change detal offices.
