Fantastic, they repaired when others couldn't find the problem...they did it quick and with a discount. Thank you so much.
Pros: Speedy service, nice people on the phone, knowledable.
Cons: I couldn't name one.

I called on a Wednesday and ask if they made appointments on Saturday, they said yes. I set an appointment for Saturday 10-12. The following day, Thursday, I received a call from the repairman around 11AM, he said he was at my house and sounded irritated no one was home. I explained how I made the appointment for Saturday, I feel like he felt the mix up was my fault and he then asked if I could come home, I told him no. On Saturday I waited for the repairman until 11:45, I called the office to see where he was and they said he was on his way. He never showed and I never called back.
