Tech came to may house and erased all my programs and a lot of files. Did not recover anything. Lost data and files. Called number back and talked to someone who refusud to give his name. He actually said his name was F*** YOU. He said that my computer was broken when they got there and they did nothing wrong. The Tech spent 5-1/2 hours at my house and did nothing but ruin my computer. BE VERY AWARE!!!!!
