Great Service Very Knowledgable Friendly

I had a Great experience at Gator Vaccuum. Most of the large chains are very difficult when it comes to getting answers. Most of the people are "kids" working their way through college. They don't care about me, or my vaccuum. BUT at Gator, I found that Robert (one of the salespeople) was extremely helpful, and knowledgable. You can't beat these small companies when it comes to quality shopping, and great personnal service.

When I needed to replace my fifth vacuum cleaner after five years, I decided to go to the pros. After spending time with the salesperson, he showed me exactly what I needed. Although it was certainly more than I wanted to spend, he overcame my objections with the warrenty and their committment to service. I ended up purchasing the vacuum cleaner, and bring it into them for service. They are always very knowledgable and professional. Highly recommend.

Gator Vacuum is a small business with knowledgable and friendly staff. The prices are a little bit more than at a chain store, but they are always stocked with what I need and are accommodating to special requests. In my opinion, it is well worth the few extra cents to stop at Gator Vacuum for my needs.
