They are as caring as the DMV
I believe the the x-ray lady previously may of worked in Guantanamo Bay or she just doen't know what she's doing. She actually told me it was'nt her that was doing the damage, it was my mouth. Although I have never had a problem with x-rays with anyone else.

When I went for cleaning, instead of cleaning the teeth, they cleaned my pocket my making me pay $1000s.Initially, they said, they will do cleaning. Instead, they said, they opened the crown, never wanted to put it back. They said, they need to extract the teeth. I said, put the crown back. They said, no, they don't want me to keep the crown. They said, I should not go for crown. They finally made me spend $2000 dollars for a simple cleaning visit. Big robbers. Never visit. Not ethical at all. Finally they did not do the cleaning at all. So they don't bother about your teeth.. they worry only about how much they make. A big no to this place.

Worst customer service you can find. They spend more time selling you service than performing them. Cannot get a simple cleaning, they advise you of everything wrong and why they have to outsource you to a specialist. Just don't waste your time.

Gateway Dental has failed to provide basic, simple information to my insurance company before paying the claim. When I call the office they say they are sorry and will follow up but they say they cannot stop the collections calls until the insurance pays. So their mistake means I get called. NEVER GO TO GATEWAY DENTAL!!!!
