I have been a customer at Gates for 4 years now and I think the management team in place there is willing to treat customers the way they should be treated. If you are looking for a place to call home you wont be let down. ;)

A good friend of mine and a great guy was hired by Mr. Steven Gates to work as a manager at Gates Nissan of Frankfort. After just 6weeks of employment Mr. Gates fired my buddy without any notice. My good friend has children and responsibilities as a father to take care of those kids and I am shocked that this type of crap is allowed. These kids have no health insurance, childcare, or a car to drive!!! It's the holidays and Im sure Mr. Gates is not concerned with the simple necessities in life.. I hope your proud of yourself..

First my nephew purchased a new Versa from Gates. Then it came time for our granddaughter to get a new car. We like the Versa so much that we went to Gates for that vehicle. We were treated well and left with a 2008 Versa. She has since returned for her free service and it was handled well.
