I recently was in the market to purchase an investment property here on Miami Beach (or so I thought.) I have since come into some financial "stress" but during my small window of opportunity I worked with Gary Hennes Realtors and my experience was wonderful. My agent (sorry, I'm not good with names :( ) was extremely helpful to me and knowledgeable of the area and also made the experience enjoyable. we met 3 times and i found myself looking forward to the experience of looking at real estate. Although I wasn't able to make a purchase, I would DEFINITELY recommend this office and their services...
