Best Vet on the East Coast.
Dr. Gars is not only genuine but he truly cares about all animals. Staff members are all kind and friendly.. He is extremely thorough and precise. Fees are minimal and easy on the wallet. After your 1st visit, you will be pleasantly pleased.
