I went to Dr. Jaime Carbonell for my foot a last year, and Dr. Jaime Carbonell is awesome!!! Yes his office is small, and there are a lot of people waiting, but he is worth the wait! Dr. Carbonell is an excellent doctor! Dr. Carbonell ended up doing major surgery on my foot, and he did an amazing job! After I woke up from surgery, Dr. Carbonell was there by my bed to make sure everything was okay until I went home....now that's a good doctor! If anyone has a foot or ankle problem, I would tell them to go to Dr. Carbonell. He is an excellent doctor!!!

I had the displeasure of going to this office because of the problems I've been having with my feet for the past 9 years. I looked them up through my provider list and selected the doctor based on the foot & ankle specialty. I wish someone would have told me better. When I entered the incredibly small and cramped waiting room, I rang the doorbell (as is customary) and a girl (I assumed to be the office manager) opened the window and told me to hold on (while she was having a conversation with someone else and talking on the phone at the same time). As I stood there I noticed the rude messages plastered all over the glass window, stating something to the effect of payment and fees, coverage and referrals being the patient's responsibility; again- rude. To make a long story short, the offices were incredibly small and cramped, I had never seen anything like it in my life! The staff is ridicously rude and incompetent (I HAD to tell the girl what co-pay to charge me) and overall just horrible. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
