I called this nursery early in the Spring as it was supposed to have a plant from the Proven Winners. I was told at that time it was too early and to call back later in the season. I did so today. I pleasantly inquired if they had the plant available was put on hold for a long period of time and was then told they don't have it in stock. I told her I was asked to call back and did she know when it would be in. She told me the perrenial person told her they did not have it now. When I asked if it was still to be delivered she repeated they did not have it. NO let me check or perhaps XYZ may have it. This is lazy and poor customer service. I recently spent over $200 at this nursery and will not be darkening its doors again and will make sure I spread their lack of service to every gardener I know. I refuse to patronize places of business which hire lazy and incompetent staff.‎
