Today I visited Galvin Appliance because my Clothes Washer is starting to sound bad and I am shopping for a replacement. I need to decide between repair and replacement. The man I spoke to was remarkably forthright and kind, explaining to me how to make a preliminary diagnosis and possilby even repair my own machine. He is very knowledgable and his explanation was clear and useful to me. This kind of customer-centered attention and advice is unparalleled, in my opinion, and I will definitely favor Galvin in any future appliance search. I should also report that Galvin matched the price of Big Box Store when I needed a Range, and again their careful attention to my questions and concerns was extra special.
