Auto Glass repair by Klaus H. at InsiderPages
I am unhappy with State Farm's change in not covering auto windshield repair, i.e. gluing the glass before it breaks and needs to be replaced. I have to cover the expense myself now. This is penny-wise and dollar-foolish on State Farm's side, as I may wait to have it done, until I have to replace the entire glass, mostly at State Farm's expense. State Farm is supposedly an industry leader, but other companies have not followed suit on this one, and I am thinking about switching my insurance after nearly 40 years with the same agency here in Laramie!
