Where do i begin!?? I live in the area and was referred to this doctor. I had gone in to get an exam to make sure i had no cyst on my ovarys as since i have had them before.. Never checked for it. When back to get the results of my pap. She didnt even pull me in a room to give me the resluts sittin at her desk eating an ice cream cone she started telling me my resluts. Thats way out of the orders of my privacy as far as im concerened. Today i had called at 8:30 when they opened (figuring i would rather not go to that doctor as the tables are from the i would say the 70's with floral print picnic table material on it with rusted metal tables. Not to meniton as you lay on your tables a little movement from the blinds and the whole parking lot sees you.) Well anyways i went up there to get my referal, after bing hung up by the receptionist and the doctor 4 times, I called and told them i would just come pick it up to save trouble and time of them never sending my things. Also in this time they called my new provider got the fax number hung up on them. I went up and waited about 20 minutes just to get my paper. When a nurse came out to tell me she needed my vital signs. VITAL SIGNS??? No so she can get my copay and charge my insurance Try again.... Well i walked back just to get it so i could get the papers and leave.. To have her in my face screaming at me telling me SHE WASNT GOING TO GIVE ME MY OWN MEDICAL RECORDS. then proceeded to scream at me and escort me out of her office. I had to call an officer up there to get back in so i would get trespassing charges and all. They then proceeded to pull me in a room and the man that works there started cussing me out! Because i had brought up the fact that they had given me a perscription charging me $30 for childrens chewable multi vitamins. Not to meniton i went to the pharmacy and asked and its $30 for 150 and its covered by insurance. Also marking out somone elses name and writing mine beside it. Anywas long story short i sat in a room with an officer for 2 hours to hear they had "lost" my records. Gave me a copy of my insurance card and a paper with a whole 5 words on it. Not necessary from what i know to wait that long.. they kept denying to give me my own medical records... Please save your time DONT GO HERE... i have never been treated like this and the officer also found the whole thing unnecessary and told them to give me my things so i could leave. DO NOT GO it is the WORST doctors office i have EVER EVER EVER been to!!
