The Gables is a decent place to live. It stays fairly quiet and is kept pretty clean. They are very picky about the yards and space around your home, even if it is behind a fence. You're not allowed to have window airconditioners, which can be dreadful in the summer. They have rulse like no children that aren't potty trained in the pool. I would like to teach my daughters to swim there, but no. The park manager can either be really nice or just plain mean. I guess it just depends on what day you catch her. You never know what to expect. This is the first mobile home I have lived in and we have lived there for 2 years. The space rent is really high compared to some other places I have checked out. We pay $900 per month. I know that there are some around that are not as nice and clean and quiet, but there are also some that are much better.
