Terrible customer service
Furniture World Superstore has terrible customer service. When purchasing items, the salesperson was dishonest about delivery of items. When my items came in, I had to pay to have them delivered and they were very uncooperative about times available for delivery. I eventually got tired of the hassle and gave up. I cancelled the delivery only to hire someone to pick up my furniture. I would have cancelled my whole purchase, but apparently there is a no cancellation/refund policy that was never explained to me.
