Randi, the owner, took a great deal of time to explain my different options and came back with a reasonable quote. His guys were there within two days to start. They were quick, respectful of my home and schedule and incredibly patient with my kids and dog. Some workers in my house make me nervous, these guys did not. I had already paid in full when the city permit inspector requested that an additional trap be added. Randi had it done THE SAME DAY at no additional cost. When I asked him to step me through the rebate process, same thing, he courteously talked me through it right then. I'll call him again if I need anything. I highly recommend him.‎

I just called Furnace Man to ask him to take a look at one room in my house that doesn't get much heat. He asked me a few questions on what I've done to troubleshoot, then told me that I've done everything right and there was not much he could do. He suggested I call another company to get a booster fan installed. Other companies I've called wanted to charge me $100 for the same advice! Honest company and the way business should be!‎
