Avoid service department/customer service.
I bought a bike 3 weeks ago, over $1k spent. There was a brake problem due to bad rotors, which were replaced. The rear brakes still do not work, they will not lock up. I tell you, that is scary, when you want/need to stop and can't. I have ridden the bike once, due to a faulty fork seal (common on RockShox dart3) which I will say is not the dealers fault. However, I placed an order for a helmet they did not have in stock but usually carry. I was told 3-4 business days. That has not come in yet. I phoned them regarding the forks, and they called a few days later, saying the parts were in and to bring in my bike anytime. I brought it down the next day. I was then told the bike would be ready the next day (today) by 6pm. I went to pick up my bike, and low and behold, not ready. The tech said he did not have a chance to look at it and I would have to come back some time next week. I offered to take the parts home and fix it myself, and the tech went to get the parts, at which time I left the business, leaving my bike behind.
If you do buy a bike there, make sure you can work on it yourself, or know of a better place to have warranty work performed, or do not care when/if you ever get to ride the thing.
VERY DISAPPOINTING. Thumbs down.
