We love eating at Fuji! We have been there about 6 times, and the food is always excellent. Very good beef and shrimp. We really like all of the sides you get. They give you so much food! The hibachi guys are very entertaining. It's like dinner and a show all in one. It is priced well.‎

Tried Fuji out over the weekend. The service and the food were sub-par to average. Started with the shrimp tempura. After sitting on the sushi bar for 10 minutes, it was finally brought to me by my waiter. Had a lot of ingredients in it that I was not expecting and were not listed on the menu. (Not an avacado fan). The size of the roll was ridiculous! To large to eat in one bite, and it would not fit in the soy sauce tray. For the entree I had the steak and chicken hibachi combo. The chicken was very dry and like the steak didn't have much flavor. For the price they charge, I expected much better quality in respect to the food. The waiter kept rushing me to leave, asking if I needed a box or if I was finished every 5 minutes. It's a nice place and is clean, but the experience as a whole leaves much to be desired.‎
