This store is a playground for anyone that enjoys shopping for electronics. They stock everything from motherboards to car stereos to vacuum cleaners. The San Marcos store has an Atlantis theme with huge fish tanks, murals, and themed furniture and displays. When you need a shopping break, there is a cafe in the center of the store that offers sandwiches and drinks. Be prepared to spend some time wandering around enjoying the huge selection of merchandise. Lines can also be long on the weekends but there are over 20 cash registers. I have never had any issues with the stereo equipment, televisions, appliances, or computer guts that I have purchased at Fry's. Good quality. Fun atmosphere. Huge selection.

Next to Radio Shack, Fryes Electronics has got to be the most awsomeist store ever. Is awsomeist a word? Any way..Lilke when i was a young, I could spend hours in fryes. much like i did with Radio Shack. Store has great products and helpfull staff.

Don't be fooled by the giant fish tank when it comes to getting any type of help or descent customer service. You are better off trying to commuincate with the fish. The employee's lack any type of knowledge regarding their merchandise. Good luck asking for help it seems as though they need some help of their own.

I like to go to Fry's. This one has an Atlantis theme, with great fish tanks and special effects. I've bought a bunch of things there, even though I know the prices aren't always great. But the service is definitely deteriorating. The salespeople don't always know what they are talking about, and I recently had to bring back my computer because it had an Operating System problem. They said their warrenty didn't cover reinstalling the OS. I really had to fight the $60 charge for that one....gave me a stinky feeling about the place.

Frys Electronitcs is a great place to go when your in need of any kind of electronics. This store is huge and it contains more electronics than any other store i know of. Even better is that the price are great for alot of thigns and it seems like every weekend they are having a sale. There is alot of room for parking and the workers are polite.
