Fry's Electronics store may seem a very impressive store from outside because of the large building and the big business sign facing the 91 Riverside freeway. But the customer service in itself is one of the worst if not the Worst of the WORST!! SPECIALLY when you are about to return or exchange a defective product, and it really gets bad when you ask for your money back, When you ask for your money back, they give you the treatment as if you were a criminal, they make you feel as if you have stolen that product from the store. They have the misunderstanding that the words give my money back, means to them...Issue me a store credit So in fact once you buy in that store, and if you have a problem with the product good luck!! I have had so many bad experiences with this store that I have decided that I will never, ever, buy anything from them again in my life.. I have been in the customer service industry for over 10 years and I know what customer service is! The Managers at this store location are all very rude and do not want to deal with any complaints. They just let you know, the world is not fare and thats just the way it is. They then just walk away and leaving you there with not even resolving the issue! I bought 2 Sony TVs. on 11/23/07. I was told that they had 3 in stock and was a open box. I told them that I do not want the open box. I then went to the register to pay and just in that minute, they had lost/misplaced 1 of my TVs. It took them 45 minutes for a sales associate to call the register and said they found it. When I got home and started to open the box I notice that one was open already. I called and requested to talk to the same Manager that knew what was going on. She told me to keep the TVs. and they would call around to see if any store had a new TV and they would call me to let me know. Its has been almost 1 month and I have had to call 3 times with out any results. I am like 1 hour away from the store! Well guess what I called the store and was told that they have 7 of this TVs in stock and no one had bothered to contact me to exchange my used one. Well guess what, I am returning 2 TVs and will go purchase it online for $70.00 more but I will have the satisfaction on knowing they did not get my HARD EARN MONEY! VERY RUDE AND POOR CUSOMER SERVICE! THESE REVIEWS ARE BEING WRITTEN BY FRY'S STAFF!!!

At first glance, Fry's electronics seems to be a dull electronics store, but inside its outer shell is a magnificent store full of great products, great variety,and low prices. Itis a surprisingly large store that has products varying from appliances to electronics to gadgets. The downside to the store is thathe customer service, lines, and location are not the best. Getting to he frys when you first see it is a hasle.

Fry's Electronics is a huge super computer that sells from computers, software, household appliances, to junk food. They have a huge selection and their prices are not bad when it one sale of course. They frequently have full-page ads in the newspaper. I like to go to this Fry because of the freshness of the products. Unlike the one on Fountain Valley, this store has all new, and I never have a problem of defective item.

I noticed this Fry always got stock of the sale item. Every time the other fry ran out of the sale item, I tend to drive a couple extra miles to this Fry and to my surprise I always go home with the item. I love this Fry. This Fry is bigger then the one on Fountain Valley. The only problem with this store, is the way is is pretty small. But I guess, all fry need more exit and enterance lanes.
