We had a redwood fence installed with a gate. A good fella did the estimate, then a bunch of day laborers showed up to perform the work. Many problems with the construction and the workmanship. Customer Service at the company was passive aggressive and refused to correct several of the items below because, "that's just how we've been doin' 'em for the last 15 years".<br />

Problems:<br />

1) Nails were nailed in very irregulary in a wavy line; manager says, "That's industry standard and we're not going to do anything about that".<br />
<br />
2) Gate was 1" below the line of the fence.<br />
<br />
3) One of the boards was dry rotted<br />
<br />
4) 2 fill-in pieces don't match the design or shape of the fence<br />
<br />
5) Several boards cracked from the power nailing.<br />
<br />
Do not waste your time with these people; their customer service is blatantly arrogant, passive aggressive, and very "waht do you want me to do about it" mentality.<br />
