It's impossible to get a loan here! I provided my bank statement (not a transaction history they won't take that for some reason), drivers liscence, car insurance, pay stub, a utility bill, references, everything. I have great credit but I need a little extra money for an unexpected bill. After almost an hour of filling out papers and being asked almost every personal question under the sun (do need my first born child too?) and having my employment verified which I'm sure my boss will get mad at me for later. They still denied me a $200 loan because I had 3 overdrafts in my bank, which I had paid back. What is that? What a waste of time. The girls in the office were nice, but they had to call a manager or something on the phone every five minutes to check in on my loan. I could hear this guy on the phone yelling at this poor office girl from across the room. I felt so bad for her. What a terrible place to work. I wouldn't want to give them my money anyways. Customer service is the best! They are always friendly and make it a very pleasent experience. It is nice to actually go in and talk to a person that is not behind glass and they always remember who I am which makes me feel even better.

I went into the Frog Center today to get a payday loan. The people there were so friendly and nice, unlike some other places I have been. It was a very quick process and they approved me that day. I would definately recommend coming here if you need a loan or a check cashed. They are much more friendly and helpful than other payday loan companies I've been to.

waste of my time: i went there and they told me i needed three months of employement which i verified six months they told me i needed more time at my job they spent three hours of my time and spent alot of gas to bring the proof that they needed to get my loan and then turned around and denied me a loan because my job was not long enough they said three months
