The worst customer service you'll ever recieve! The drivers are rude and obnoxious. I called their company and it took at least two hours to recieve a taxi, when all I needed to go was less than half an hour away. I believe the owners need to talk some sense into their drivers, if not, what's the point of having a damn company. This is oblivous, your company is crap!

Avoid this company.... Driver could not / would not lift suitcase. The company says this is not one of their duties. If they can turn a steering wheel they can drive!! Also cab was very dirty and the driver did not know the way so the fare was $10 more than it should have been.

I was traveling from the airport with my disabled sister and had to help her and lift the suitcases. My back is still in pain.

When I complained (they have a voice mail system just for complaints) a man called me back a few days later and made justifications and said he will look into it. No action was promised and he is the one who told me not to expect a driver to lift suitcases!

I've used Friendly Cab for awhile now, but never have I been inclined to write a review until now. If you want someone who is a professional driver. Always on time and cheerful, then ask if cab 65 is available. The only female driver that I've encountered, her name is Carolyn. Gaurenteed professional service. She hasn't let me down yet.
